the Bougainville Operations Manager for Hevi Lift who are contracted to the
Commonwealth of Australia on the peacekeeping mission known as the PMG
(Peace Monitoring Group) it comprises Ozzies, Kiwis, Fijian and Vanuatu
defence forces and government civilians (but he's supposed to be back in
Milne Bay sorting out a nice little place for me to retire to). Willy can be
